Gondolier Italian Restaurant and Pizza

We love this place. We always take friends who are traveling via I-75 here because the staff is wonderful and the food is delicious. The lunch menu is a bargain and the deserts are awesome! We still have guests raving about the place... the desserts... the food... the atmosphere... the bar... the people. One picky vegetarian cleaned her plate in a New York minute. My sister always compares this gondolier to the ones in Tennessee where she lives and the Lake City site wins hands down. Come here often for birthday's, anniversary and no reason at all except need our Italian/Greek food fix. Never been disappointed!

Excellent spaghetti and meatballs. Plenty for two to share. Friendly atmosphere.

Overall experience was pretty good. Service was great. The cheese sticks were the best item. Nice clean place.

The food was very good! My husband had pizza and I opted for Sausage Parm sandwich. My husband said that i would love the sauce on the pizza. The pizza was a deep dish type which i was surprised my husband liked.My sandwich was very good. The sausage was not too sweet or too hot. The sauce was good and the mixture of cheeses really kicked the sandwich up a notch. I'm a stickler for rolls and this one didn't disappoint. Crusty and fresh.The highlight were the desserts. Apparently they change everyday or so so there was no dessert menu. I had a hard time making a choice but finally settled a piece of M&M cake. We both enjoyed it.I don't know what the final price but i would say it was well worth it. Another positive-they bought water out for our dog.Negative-service was really slow, sorry Shannon. I don't think that it was her fault. It looked like she was the only one working.

The Service is fantastic, the food tailored to high standards, the flavors are like homemade flavors and tastes. Like Mediterranean tastes! The alfredo pasta with parm chicken is a great choice and dont forget a homemade cheesecake!

The Gondolier was recommended by our hotel Hilton Tru. You walk in and instantly smell Italian cooking, the food was delicious and good size portions we did not walk away hungry!! Our bartender Christin was very friendly and outgoing and FUNNY!!! Thank you for your service!

Magnificent food , full plates reasonable prices. The deserts are pricey but the size and flavor of them is worth it 100%

We were driving through on I75, had a craving for pizza and decided to give this place a try. We had the Antipasto salad and the Gondalier pizza. Both were very good. The salad was large, didn’t skimp on toppings and was fresh. The pizza had just the right amount of thickness and crunch. The service was exceptional, we were seated right away, by the time we were done with our salad, the pizza was on the table. Our server kept our drinks full and even asked if we wanted drinks to go. If only I would have had room for dessert, they had some yummy looking cakes on display. I’ll definitely make my way back to this place, it’s a hidden gem!

Loved dining here. Everything was tasty and the wait staff very attentive. I love salad and my salad was crisp and fresh. The maranara was very good too.

My family & I have been visiting Gondolier Italian Restaurant for some years now. And the food never disappoints! It was a birthday celebration this time and we really enjoyed and...almost finished every meal we ordered! I tried the Chicken Souvlaki Plate with a choice of spaghetti (Greek & Italian? Why not)
